The course is set among some of the most scenic mountainous terrain in Mpumalanga, and is challenging to say the least.

Wild about Whisky is a cosy little whisky bar, while still retaining the cosiness it now boasts the largest whisky menu in the southern hemisphere. Anvil Ale brewery and pub lies on the edge of Dullstroom if you enter it from the Lydenburg side.
