The living area is open plan, double volume lounge/dining room and fireplace with access to the loft.
Entertainment available at Mrs Simpson:
Mini Hi-Fi, DVD player, DSTV Premium, books, board games and puzzles.
The lounge opens onto a veranda with a built-in barbecue, ample seating and a beautiful view of Suikerboschkop.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove/oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, crockery and cutlery.
Mrs Simpson has three bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers only.
Main Bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom while the other two bedrooms both have double beds. The loft has four single beds.
All beds are fitted with electric blankets and have heaters in the rooms.
Towels, soap, toilet paper and a welcome bundle of firewood are provided.
There is a lock up garage and safe parking for more cars in the enclosed back garden.
There is an INVERTER.
Please note: The oven does not work on the inverter.
Mrs Simpson is a Transvaal styled cottage, centrally situated near the Dullstroom Inn and across the road from the Altitude Training Centre. The cottage is within walking distance to the shops, restaurants and the Dullstroom Dam.
Explore Dullstroom with it’s scenic hikes, horse riding trails and picnic spots beside breathtaking waterfalls. Walk through an abundance of wild flowers and catch a glimpse of secretive fauna.
Dullstroom-Emnotweni dates back to the early 1880's when Dutch Settlers made their way to the place of "eternal mist". The town is situated at 2100 m above sea level, making this one of the highest towns in the country. The architecture in the town is a mixture of 19th and 20th century building designs.
