The 2 picturesque and commodious self-catering houses, W108 and W111, are situated in the Walkersons Private Estate which is World Famous for the 5 Star Walkersons Hotel. The Upmarket estate is nestled in the Lunsklip Valley, just 10 km outside Dullstroom on the Lydenburg road.
The solar equipped holiday homes each have 3 en-suite bedrooms that sleep up to 6 adults and 4 children. The master bedroom sleeps two with a King XL bed, whilst the other two bedrooms sleep 3 each, in one queen size bed and one single bed.
A fully equipped open-plan kitchen looks over the spacious living room making entertainment and self catering effortless. Each home has a premium DStv decoder and unlimited Wifi so you have movies at your fingertips for nights next to a wood-burning, slow combustion fireplace. Both houses have a private terrace with a charcoal and a gas braai.
The houses are serviced Monday to Sunday including public holidays.
Security is of prime importance. Each house has a number safe and a lock-up garage. Walkersons Private Estate is under access control 24/7 and has a regular security patrol, day and night. Each house has an alarm system which is coupled to the security team.
Walkersons Private Estate boasts 13 trophy stocked dams with brown and rainbow trout for fly-fishing. Digital permits must be carried on the person fishing and shown to security on request. There are strict trout fishing rules, which must be adhered to. There is a strict catch and release policy, please honour this rule.
Dullstroom is considered to be the fly-fishing capital of South Africa, the Walkersons Private Estate has 13 dams, stocked with brown and rainbow trophy trout- a fly fisher’s paradise. The perfect activity for the novice or the advanced fisherman.

For a slow stroll, a hearty jog or a challenging hike or cycling trail – passing wildlife such as Impala, Zebra, Blue wildebeest and Bles buck as well as breathtaking waterfalls.
