Connemara Close Estate boasts 3 beautiful units: Midleton House, Kilbeggan Cottage, and Tullamore Cottage, all nestled around two serene ponds with breathtaking views of the countryside. Inspired by the famous Irish whiskeys, these cottages reflect warmth and elegance, offering a true taste of the Irish countryside right in the heart of Dullstroom, just a short walk to local shops and restaurants. Enjoy trout fishing or watching the life of our resident ducks while relaxing. MIDLETON HOUSE (Unit 1): Two-story 6 Sleeper Family Home (Extra bed & sofa bed available for 1 additional guest) Location: Centre of the estate with views of the pond and Dullstroom countryside. Living Room: Cozy with a wood-burning fireplace. Dining Room: Spacious for family meals. Kitchen: Full, well-equipped kitchen . Media/Games Room: With a library of books . Veranda: Overlooking beautiful views. Garage: Double garage for convenience. Dishwasher available. Master Suite (Upstairs): King-size bed, fireplace, separate toilet, private bath under a skylight, baby cot available. Two Bedrooms (Downstairs): Both en-suite, one with a shower and the other with a bath and a fireplace. Perfect For: Families seeking comfort and luxury in a country retreat. KILBEGGAN COTTAGE (Unit 2): 4 Sleeper Family Home Location: To the left of Midleton House, overlooking peaceful scenery. Single level, double garage. Living Area: Open plan with counter seating and a fully equipped kitchen. Covered Patio: Perfect for enjoying the surroundings. Dishwasher available. Main Bedroom: En-suite with a bath, fireplace. Second Bedroom: En-suite with a shower. Additional Sleeping: 2 kids can sleep in the lounge (beds provided). Flexibility: Option to convert twin beds to a double or queen in the bedrooms. Perfect For: Small families or couples seeking a cozy, tranquil retreat. TULLAMORE COTTAGE (Unit 3) : 4 Sleeper Family Home Location: To the right of Midleton House, with the same features as Kilbeggan Cottage. Layout: Single level, double garage. Living Area: Open plan with counter seating and a fully equipped kitchen. Covered Patio: Overlooking peaceful countryside views. Main Bedroom: En-suite with a bath, fireplace. Second Bedroom: En-suite with a shower. Additional Sleeping: 2 kids can sleep in the lounge (beds provided). Flexibility: Option to convert twin beds to a double or queen in the bedrooms. Perfect For: Small families or couples looking for a serene getaway. Amenities & Facilities : All linen & towels provided. Beautiful Surroundings: Two tranquil ponds with countryside views. Parking: Double garage for each unit. Wi-Fi: Available across the estate. Please note: TV’s are WiFi connected. Please use your own logins and passwords to watch Netflix,etc. Serviced daily - at no additional charge. Shampoo, conditioner and soaps all provided. All crockery, cutlery, glassware. Fridge/freezer compartment, all other supplied. No washing machine or tumble dryer available. Laundry can be arranged at check in but not a same day service. Please note: Currently only dishwashers available at Unit No 1 and Unit No 2. Fishing: Please bring along your own fishing gear. Fishing is catch and pay so as to enable the establishment to restock. There are open bodies of water in the estate and children need to be monitored. There is an alarm system that is linked to armed response.
