Dullstroom offers breathtaking scenery, unpolluted air and clear streams for the avid fly-fisherman. Decor Warehouse (the oldest and largest shop in town) is walking distance from your room. Highlands Golf Estate is 15km from town and the Bird of Prey sanctuary where falconry is practiced is another attraction. Other popular activities include mountain biking, hiking, horse riding and off-road motorbiking.

Although it is a very small village, it has a lot to offer to the tourist, i.e. art galleries, craft and curio shops, stylish restaurants, pubs, spas and boutiques and is an ideal holiday destination or stopover on the way to the Kruger National Park, or en-route from the Lowveld to Gauteng.
