They host only one wedding per weekend, providing two full days for set-up and décor. This allows you more time to relax and enjoy with friends and family without any last-minute rushing. The venue features lush gardens, spacious verandas, a huge courtyard, and scenic views that create the perfect backdrop for your wedding photos.

Idullies is set on a stunning 270-hectare farm featuring magnificent forests, crystal clear dams, rolling hills, and game, creating breathtaking settings for your wedding photos and videos.

Venue Hire:

The Cotswold style Reception Hall sets a high standard with its exceptional craftsmanship. They also offer two Chapel options: The Forest Chapel and the Olive Chapel.

Includes:

Dedicated Wedding Planner and event coordinator.

Bridal Room / Honeymoon suite.

Hire of the venue and Chapel of your choice.

Setup with our standard décor and equipment for up to 150 guests (tables, chairs, crockery, white napkins, ice buckets, cutlery, glassware).

Fairy lights, sound system with cordless microphone, podium, easel for seating plan, cake table, table for gifts.

Firewood for indoor and outdoor use.

Setup for the ceremony in the chosen chapel.

Cocktail tables and outdoor furniture on the veranda adjacent to the courtyard with an outdoor cash bar.

Exclusive access to the Venue and Chapel from Friday 10:00 to Sunday 14:00.

Catering:

Catering is exclusively provided by Idullies Weddings & Events. Their renowned culinary team offers a customizable menu to fit your budget, with hearty and wholesome food that leaves a lasting impression on your guests. Their in-house team offers flexible menu customization to fit your budget. Starters are plated and served at the tables, while the main course and dessert are buffet-style unless otherwise arranged. Special dietary requirements (Halaal, Kosher, etc.) can be accommodated with advance notice.

Decorations and Arrangements:

They offer flexible options to customize your wedding décor and arrangements, ensuring your vision is brought to life.

Venue readiness:

The venue will be cleaned and ready from Thursday at 12:00. Tables will be arranged as per your requirements.

Decoration setup:

The venue is available to the bridal party from Thursday to Saturday for flower and décor arrangements. Scaffolding is available for hanging décor items.

Logistics:

Please ensure that all décor items arrive by Friday at 12:00 for timely setup. Their staff will handle the cleanup, and all personal belongings must be removed by the Monday following the wedding.

Flower arrangements:

Due to lack of storage, all flower deliveries and arrangements should be planned from Thursday onwards.

Wedding Cakes

Their Master baker, Carina, creates exquisite cakes with flavors like Dark Chocolate & Salted Caramel, Vanilla & Turkish Delight, Orange Blossom, and Apple Cinnamon & Rooibos.

Preferred Suppliers

They provide a list of trusted suppliers for hair and make-up, photographers, videographers, musicians, DJs, guest accommodation, etc., ensuring a smooth and unforgettable day.

Venue Visits:

Couples are welcome to visit the venue and experience firsthand the beautiful spaces they offer. Schedule a tour to see how Idullies can make your wedding day unforgettable.

Venue visits are by appointment from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 14:00. The bride and groom may schedule up to three appointments before the wedding day, with a final visit recommended 2-4 weeks prior to finalize details.
