The property offers seven private suites, each designed for two guests, with gardens along the Hoppe River creating a scenic setting for a romantic countryside stay. Each suite features an open-plan design with Kiaat wooden floors, black marble finishes and a king-size bed. Guests can enjoy a private fireplace, mosaic sunken bath that doubles as a small pool, bar fridge, Nespresso machine and 55-inch flat-screen TV in the lounge. Mood lighting, surround sound, a Blu-ray DVD player, air-conditioning and underfloor heating in the bathrooms add to the comfort. Bathrooms include both indoor and outdoor showers, Charlotte Rhys amenities, gowns and slippers, and a high-quality hairdryer. Please note that the suites do not have cellphone signal. The Kalahari Couples Spa offers intimate treatments in a dedicated couples' treatment room, with spa day packages available that include sparkling wine and snacks. An outdoor Jacuzzi is also positioned in the gardens beside the river. The Country Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, with an à la carte menu featuring dishes such as poached rainbow trout, sous-vide beef fillet and the property's chocolate brownies. During summer, guests can also enjoy a picnic beside the Hoppe River with a basket of treats and a glass of bubbly. Beyond the hotel, guests can make use of the property's outdoor activities, including a 9-hole, 18-tee golf course, guided game drives on the 2,000-hectare malaria-free reserve, hiking trails across the 2,500-hectare farm and fly fishing in stocked dams. Wildlife includes Sable, Springbok, Impala, Kudu, Zebra and other species, while more than 200 bird species have been recorded on the farm.
